Based on CISSOID unique hardware and software platform, this SiC inverter reference design sets new levels in power density and efficiency, making it possible to rapidly develop silicon carbide (SiC) inverters for electric drivetrains.
This reference design provides a 3-phase 1200V/550A SiC MOSFET Intelligent Power Module (IPM) incorporating an OLEA-based®T222 FPCU Control Board and Silicon Mobility Based OLEA®APP INVERTER application software to achieve modular electrical and mechanical integration.
Complete reference designs include DC-Link capacitors, DC and phase current sensors, EMI filters, and liquid-cooled systems.
