CMT-PLA1BL12300MA is a 1200V/300A half-bridge IGBT power module based on trench gate field stop technology. Designed and certified for demanding industrial applications, the module has a low saturation voltage and can withstand up to 450A of collector DC. Features also include fast switching characteristics and short tail currents, as well as freewheeling diodes optimized for fast and gentle reverse recovery. The module guarantees reliable operation over the full junction temperature range of -40°C to 175°C.
