Supplier Management Policy

  • 1. The Company has established relevant specifications such as "Supplier Management Measures", "Supplier Management Operating Procedures" and "Supplier Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Operating Instructions", which are controlled from supplier evaluation, regular assessment and continuous improvement, with a view to establishing a sustainable supplier management mechanism.
  • 2. In order to implement the corporate environmental protection responsibility, the company's products comply with the non-use of hazardous substances prohibited directive (RoHS) environmental protection regulations to achieve environmental protection policies.
Evaluation of new suppliers
  • According to the "supplier evaluation table" in the quality certification, quality level, price level, delivery level, technical level, service level of a total of six-sided comprehensive evaluation.
  • In terms of quality certification, the scoring is based on whether the quality certification such as ISO certification has been obtained.
  • In terms of quality level and technical level, the company's quality assurance related units go to the site for audit to evaluate the process specifications and actual delivery quality level.

For major suppliers (more than 80% of purchases). Quarterly implementation of Q(Quality, quality), C(Cost, cost), D(Delivery, delivery date), S(Service, service) and other oriented assessment operations.
