As the official authorized distributor of GCT in China, BONCHIP offers in-stock distribution of brand-new through-hole PCB power relays from the RLP20 series. RLP20 is a general-purpose, compact Form A single-pole, normally open relay with load ratings from 3A to 16 A. It offers two coil options: a low-power 200mW version and a standard 450mW version. Coil voltages are available in 3 V, 5 V, 6 V, 9 V, 12 V, 24 V, and 48V DC. The entire unit is certified to both UL and TÜV safety standards, features F-class high-temperature insulation, and provides 4,000V dielectric strength for the coil contacts, along with 10kV impulse withstand capability.

RLP20 is a universal compact Form A single normally open relay with load coverage of 3A ~ 16A, providing 200mW low power consumption sensitive coil and 450mW standard coil dual selection, with coil voltage of 3/5/6/9/12/24/48VDC complete. The whole machine has passed UL and TUV double safety certification, F-class high temperature insulation, coil contact withstand voltage of 4000V,10kV pulse shock resistance, sealed flux-proof shell suitable for wave soldering mass production, widely used in industrial control, home appliances, intelligent power supply, automation equipment onboard switch control. Description of temperature rise and derating curves

  1. Electrical derating curve: As the load current increases, the relay’s electrical switching life decreases linearly; 16A represents the short-time current limit.

  2. Coil temperature-rise curve: The standard 450mW coil exhibits a higher temperature rise than the 200mW high-sensitivity coil; under high-temperature operating conditions, the low-power, high-sensitivity variant is preferred.
