3. M12 waterproof connector (two piece & quick lock series)
M12 is a standard part in industrial automation. Sensors, actuators, fieldbus, you can see it everywhere. The two-piece version and quick lock series brought by ATTEND this time mainly solve the problem of installation efficiency.
In the past, when connecting M12, it was necessary to screw the screws round by round, which was inefficient. If the strength of the hand was small, it would loosen easily, and if the strength was too strong, it might be screwed out. The quick lock series is in place with one push and one press by hand, which can save a lot of time for scenes requiring a large number of installations on the production line. And the waterproof grade is IP67/IP68, so you don't have to worry about water when washing the equipment.
4. USB Type-C connector and cable
USB Type-C has quickly become the standard for car charging and data transmission. However, the Type-C of the car gauge level is not the same as that of the consumer level. There are vibrations, temperature changes, and electromagnetic interference inside the car. Ordinary Type-C may be loosened after a few bumps. ATTEND products are specially reinforced for the vehicle environment, the contact part is designed to resist vibration, and the working temperature range also covers -40 C to 105 C, basically meeting the use requirements of all positions in the vehicle.
